Vintage vibes for timeless tales.<\/h2>\n

ChumChum Grocery<\/span> is a medium-sized cafe which is not many seats because it is located on the second floor of a rented studio building. The area is not very large. However, what attracts many customers to this cafe is probably the cafe’s style and the items that the cafe sells, such as toys, key chains, watches,and vintage cartoon pictures. There is also a photo booth for taking photos. Despite, on the day we went, it seemed like we had to make a reservation in advance. Even on a weekday, there were still a lot of customers at the cafe.<\/p>\n

Fashion fades, but vintage is eternal<\/h2>\n

The interior decoration of ChumChum Grocery<\/span> is just like the name suggests. There are many items for sale, just like a shop. But what we like the most is that the cafe is decorated with dolls from cartoons that we can’t remember watching, but when we see them, can’t help to think of them again. Though, we can only look at the dolls because the cafe has a sign that says not to touch them. Please respect the cafe’s rules. The cafe is decorated with a variety of vintage cartoons, making the colors in the cafe look very lively. It’s like going back to your childhood again. In addition, no matter where you sit in the cafe, there will be a picture frame or small decorations for taking fun photos.<\/p>\n

Happiness is a spoonful of dessert.<\/h2>\n

The ChumChum Grocery<\/span> cafe has both coffee and other menus for drinks and desserts. I’m not sure if the menu will be the same every day. You can follow the cafe’s Facebook page for updates. On the day we went, we ordered a matcha latte with less sugar. For dessert, we ordered a Banoffee. As for the price, it was quite reasonable for the amount of dessert and matcha ingredients.<\/p>\n

The waiting time for drinks and desserts didn’t take long, even though there were only 2 staffs. After receiving the drinks and desserts, it was time to eat. I personally like the taste of the matcha because it’s strong and suitable for those who like less sweet like me. I think the cafe made it to my liking. The banoffee was delicious. The chocolate was rich. The cream on top is not too sweet and goes well with everything.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Destination<\/h2>\n

ChumChum Grocery<\/span> is located on Sukhumvit 71. You can get there by both ways. If you drive your own car, you can park at Best beef Sukhumvit 71 branch, not On Nut branch because we went to the wrong branch. After parking, walk less than 100 meters to the shop and you will find Uniform, a clothing store.<\/p>\n

But you have to enter from the side entrance. You cannot enter from the front of the clothing store. And for those who travel by BTS, you can get off at Phra Khanong station and then take a motorcycle taxi or taxi. The entrance to the cafe has a cartoon wall, which indicates that you have arrived at the cafe.<\/p>\n
