This time, I have an additional edition.<\/p>\n

Typically, we introduce cafes situated in Bangkok’s Sukhumvit region. However, during my recent trip, I discovered an elegant cafe. I would like to take this opportunity to present it to all cafe lovers.<\/p>\n

Access<\/h2>\n

‘PINE TREE Coffee Roasters’ is an extremely cozy cafe located in Chonburi district, about 60km southeast of Bangkok.<\/p>\n

It is located on Sukhumvit Road, and if you are coming from Bangkok, it is on the opposite lane (sea side), so you will have to make a U-turn somewhere.<\/p>\n

There are two parking spaces in front of the cafe and a sign indicating the parking lot on the southwest side.<\/p>\n

If you live near Bangkok, please take a break from driving on your way back from your trip to Pattaya.<\/p>\n

Interior decoration<\/h2>\n

Plenty of green is used, giving a sense of nature. There were many plants in the store and decorations for Christmas.<\/p>\n

This cafe has two floors and plenty of seats, so you can relax and enjoy coffee, fresh bread, and cake.<\/p>\n

Ordered Food<\/h2>\n

I planned to get only coffee and bread for breakfast, but the fresh cream strawberry cake convinced me to order it instead. It was too tempting to resist.<\/p>\n

As for the bread, there are various types of bread, including croissants with bacon, which I ordered, as well as almonds, ham and cheese. Plain breads are available to take home and eat at home.<\/p>\n

The croissants I ordered was warmed up in the toaster just before being served.<\/p>\n

Taste<\/h2>\n

The iced coffee was not strongly acidic, which I don’t like, nor was it bitter, but rather refreshing and to my liking.<\/p>\n

The croissant was baked, so it was warm and crispy on the outside, but chewy on the inside.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, a strawberry on top was not as sweet as I expected, and although it had a strong red color, it had a sour taste that exceeded my expectations. However, when I realized that it complemented the sweetness of the cream and sauce even more, it became a milestone that I couldn’t miss.<\/p>\n

Noteworthy points<\/h2>\n

The back of the cafe was a workshop where the staff made cakes by hand. Therefore, the bread is probably handmade and baked in the store.<\/p>\n

After I ordered, I looked through the window and saw that they were making the strawberry cake, which was sold out, so if your timing is right, you can have freshly baked bread and freshly made cake.<\/p>\n

Don’t miss the inside of the toilet either. This is a men’s toilet, and the urinal is a small milk tank with one side cut out, or rather, it’s the tank itself, and there are lots of green plants around it. We pay special attention to the interior, even the toilet, which is often overlooked. Of course, try not to relax and linger too long. If you stay too long, it will cause inconvenience to subsequent customers.<\/p>\n
