Some of you might be thinking how this is different from other cafes. Some cafes also have baristas alone. Come on, I’ll tell you how the difference between this cafe and other cafe is.

First of all, this cafe is called 80 Hand brew bar x Pani sandwich and bagel. It’s a very famous bagel cafe because it’s freshly baked, piece by piece and it’s not just bagels baked piece by piece. The taste of the coffee at this cafe also depends on the barista, who makes it for the customers glass by glass as well. Therefore, this cafe is known as a slow bar. Well, it’s been a long time ago. Let’s take a look at the outside of this cafe.

Characteristics

80 Hand brew bar x Pani sandwich and bagel is located in Soi Udomsuk 24. Turn into the alley, the cafe will be on the right hand side. Ample parking is available. The use of decorative color schemes of this cafe is mainly in wood, green and blue tones, making this cafe very easy to recognize with a unique use of distinctive colors. The seating area is divided into 2 zones: air-conditioned room and open-air room because there is also an outdoor zone because the cafe is a pet-friendly cafe where customers can bring their pets to the cafe as well.

As for the seats inside the air-conditioned room, there are not many tables, but the emphasis is on sitting at the bar or sitting at a long table for waiting for coffee or taking photos for customers who come to order take home.

Air conditioned room interior, it will be airy with a lot of natural light. From the picture ,you can see that the cafe has a single barista who both makes coffee, takes customer orders and serves food.

Tasty bagel

After taking pictures of the tables outside, we walked into the air-conditioned zone, ordered food and drinks, for ordering food menus according to the name of the cafe. We focus on the bagel menu, so we decide to order salmon ebi (Tasmanian salmon) and coffee latte (less sweet). As for the beverage menu, there is only Coffee – Non Coffee. Oh, I forgot to tell you that the cafe also has cakes and bakeries. After ordering food, I choose to sit outside and wait for MY food. After 10 minutes of waiting, the coffee is served.

The first thing to notice is obvious. The cafe uses 2 large ice cubes, large in a coffee cup. Personally, I think a big ice cube will be melts slowly. It will not spoil the taste of coffee too much. After drinking, it’s like was I thought. Condensed coffee, less sweet, very pleasing. Good smell of coffee beans. I believe that the barista makes meticulous brews. How much attention was paid to the details of making coffee. After 5 minutes, what we were waiting for already served: salmon ebi (Tasmanian salmon).

The salmon ebi (Tasmanian salmon) is served in a paper box with a cute message from the cafe. The reason why the box is like this is for the convenience of the customers, if some of them can’t eat it all they can take it home. As you can see in the picture, the real pieces are bigger than you see and yes, I couldn’t eat them all so I could bring them back to eat at home again. Okay, let’s talk about into the taste of this bagel. You can see that the cafe give a lot of shrimp roe on top but what’s more than shrimp is the stuffing inside. If you take out half of the bagel, you can see the filling inside with boiled eggs, sauce and salmon. The taste of the first word that you take is Crispy batter with boiled egg and salmon sauce plus a scoop of shrimp roe adds more texture. It really is as delicious as the cafe claims. Since we came out to sit in the outside zone. When the barista came to serve the coffee, he told me where the garbage was, which makes it understandable that after eating, you have to throw away the trash yourself after eating.

After eating for a while, I felt full, so I decided to walk around the cafe again. Since the day we went was a weekday, there weren’t many customers. But the delivery service keeps coming in. So I explore the cafe and take photos from different angles for my friends to see.
