Let’s get to know “Chef-Toey-Jirayu Na Ranong”, the owner of “Chu Chocolate Bar & Cafe” located on the 2nd floor of the Exchange Tower (Asoke Intersection), next to the exit door that connects to the BTS skytrain. American Marshmallow (160 Baht) Signature Drink

Here comes another hot drink that I would like to recommend. I choosed for the Dark Chocolate 58% intensity, which goes really well with Marshmallow. Normally, the price is 135 Baht per glass, but add Marshmallow for an additional 25 Baht. There are both milk chocolate and dark chocolate flavors to choose.For those who like a darker flavor, you can add up to 70% extra dark cho, but the maximum can be up to 75% (Tanzania type).

If it’s just a hot menu, the intensity level is 58%, but if it’s 70%, you can have both hot and cold versions or blended as you like.

There are also many desserts that are only partially selected, such as Lemon Tart at 150 Baht, Chocolate Truffle Ball at 50 Baht per ball, which is a chocolate covered with cocoa powder outside.The other one is the Hot Chocolate Cake, priced at 180 Baht, which is a soft cake with marshmallows as a topping.
